Tilen Kožamelj (Ljubljana, 1987) is a theater actor. In 2009, he was admitted to the Prague Theater Academy (Divadelni akademie muzickych uměni) – acting programme, where he graduated in 2014. In 2015 he attended a theater school in Nafplio, Greece (Neo Panepistimiom Peleponnisou), where he perfected and deepened his acting skills. He performed in many Prague theaters (La Fabrika, NOD, Na Zabradli and Divadlo Disk), in classical performances such as Romeo and Juliet, and The Sorrows of Young Werther, while also directing himself to the alternative branch of the theater, where he created several staging scenes in the field of physical theater, experimental theater and puppets. Since the end of 2015, he has been working at Maribor Puppet Theater, where he has been participating in numerous successful performances for adults and children (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, What if). He also appeared in several films, mostly Czech productions. He likes strawberries.
